On a warm summer's eve, on a train bound for nowhere, I met up with... wait no. That's not right. Actually we were introduced through a mutual friend Elizabeth Taggart. A coworker of Carly's and a friend of Julie's, Elizabeth thought we might hit it off and proceeded to make arrangements for the two of us to meet. We proceeded to go on a couple dates and it wasn't long before love bloomed. It's been 2 years since that first introduction and we can't wait to spend 100 more.
Legend has it a lion and dove once combined their traits into the perfect animal. I wonder whatever became of it?
Similar to Beast from Marvel and Disney, I am ferocious, intellectual, and naturally peaceful. Unfortunately, I also have to deal with a great amount of fur.
Our wedding will be on September 24, 2016 in downtown Colorado Springs.
The ceremony will be held at Shove Chapel on Colorado College's beautiful campus. Built in the great depression, the chapel is considered one of the finest examples Norman Romanesque architecture in the state.
The reception will follow at the historic Mining Exchange, a Wyndham Grand Hotel. Constructed in 1902 by Winfield Scott Stratton, its original purpose was to house the Colorado Springs mining exchange to promote regional mining companies and their stock. Today it is an exquisite 4 Diamond boutique hotel located one mile south of Shove Chapel.

You're welcome to join us for Sunday brunch at 10:00 am. Please note the brunch is pay on own.

The lodging cut-off date for The Mining Exchange is August 23, 2016. Be sure to book your room before then.
You may park anywhere on Colorado College's campus. No parking pass is required. Street parking is also available on Nevada Avenue.
Valet is available. You may also self park anywhere in the area. Meter parking is free after 6:00 pm and on Sundays.
